Lymphatic Drainage &
Body Contour Massage | with Gina Gray

At MUSE Sculpt Lounge, lymphatic work is approached with intention, intelligence & deep respect for the body.

This is not aggressive sculpting.
It is strategic, rhythmical support for your body’s natural drainage system.

Designed to:
reduce fluid retention,
support circulation,
refine tissue texture &
create visible Definition — each session is adapted to you on the day.

My connection to the body has never been superficial.

After fracturing my spine in my twenties, movement became a form of rebuilding — not just physically, but mentally. Pilates shaped the way I understand strength: intelligent, aligned, deeply supportive rather than aggressive.

Years later, navigating my own hysterectomy and the hormonal shifts that followed brought a different awareness — fluid retention, bloating, inflammation, the subtle ways the body changes and asks to be understood differently.

I know what it feels like to not quite recognise your body.
I also know how powerful it feels when it begins to respond again.

Lymphatic and sculpt work became a natural extension of my Pilates philosophy — supporting the body’s rhythm, encouraging flow, reducing stagnation and restoring lightness without force.

This isn’t about extremes.
It’s about refinement.
About helping women feel clear, comfortable and confident in their own skin.

I hold these sessions personally because precision matters. Intuition matters. Experience matters.

Every appointment is intentional.
Every body is different.
And your session is never rushed.

This work is part of the same foundation MUSE was built on — strength through softness, and support that honours the body you’re living in now.

What Is Lymphatic Drainage?

The lymphatic system is responsible for moving excess fluid, metabolic waste and cellular debris through the body.

Unlike the circulatory system, it does not have a pump.

It relies on movement, breath and gentle stimulation.

When flow becomes sluggish, you may notice:

  • Bloating

  • Puffiness

  • Heaviness in limbs

  • Hormonal water retention

  • Slower recovery

  • Skin texture changes

Our work supports this system — encouraging intelligent movement of fluid without force.

THE MUSE METHOD

  • A fully hands-on treatment combining manual lymphatic drainage & body contour massage.

Gina combines her refined, intuitive & results-led approach with her training in The Body by Soph Method™ (Soph London), alongside her extensive knowledge of Pilates, yoga, breathwork & nervous system regulation.

Each treatment is approached holistically — understanding the body not just physically, but through movement patterns, breath, fluid flow & the connection between body & mind.

This is a deeply restorative yet effective treatment designed to support both how you feel & how your body responds.

    The Treatment

    Lymphatic Drainage
A delicate, rhythmic technique that encourages natural lymph flow.
This supports your body’s drainage pathways & guides you into a rest & digest state, calming the nervous system.

    Body Contour (Abdominal Focus)
The final stage of your treatment uses deeper, intentional pressure through the abdomen to:
    – Encourage movement through the digestive area
    – Lengthen & refine the waistline
    – Support visible debloating

This is always adapted to your body.
