The MUSE Infrared Sauna —
Where Infrared Heat Meets Modern Wellbeing.
The MUSE Method™
The MUSE Method is A 360° approach to independent wellness. It’s your guide back to yourself — not through pressure, perfection, or performance, but through choice, acceptance and consistency.
It’s built on the belief that wellness isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity. A long-term investment in the way you move, think, rest and live.
At MUSE, we don’t chase quick fixes or trends. We focus on what actually supports your mind and body, day after day, season after season.
our infrared sauna aligns with our pillars of wellness.. It is your place to breathe deeper, detox gently, and recover faster.
Infrared heat works with your body — raising core temperature, boosting circulation, easing inflammation, and supporting hormonal balance and pain management. It’s a tool for people who carry a lot, mentally and physically, and need somewhere they can actually exhale.
If you train, sit at a desk all day, juggle kids, are peri/menopausal, live with chronic tension, or simply want to feel better in your own body… this is for you.

THE MUSE EXPERIENCE
No bright lights. No cold, clinical setting.. You step into a calm, sensory space created with intention — warmth, lower lighting, grounding colours, and enough quiet to actually hear yourself think.
You choose whether you want stillness, silence, breathwork, or a moment to reset before heading back into the world.
Enjoy some alone time or bring up to 3 people to enjoy the session together.
Like to habit stack? Connect to the built in Bluetooth & listen to a podcast or audiobook, or some relaxing music you can switch off to.

-
Yes. Infrared heat is gentle, penetrates the body more deeply, and operates at lower temperatures than traditional saunas.
-
Can I use the infrared sauna during pregnancy?
Infrared sauna use is not allowed during pregnancy. Changes in core body temperature can be unsafe during all stages of pregnancy, so we do not allow sauna sessions while pregnant. Please wait until after your baby arrives and you have medical clearance before booking.
When can I use the sauna after giving birth?
Everyone recovers differently, so the timeline varies. Most people can return to infrared sauna use once postpartum bleeding has fully stopped and they are cleared by their midwife, GP, or health provider. This is especially important after a C-section or assisted delivery. Always check with your clinician before your first session.
Is infrared sauna safe while breastfeeding?
Yes — if you are fully healed and medically cleared, infrared sauna use is generally considered safe while breastfeeding. Hydration is key, as sauna heat can increase fluid loss. Drink extra water before and after your session to support milk production.
Will the sauna affect my milk supply?
Most breastfeeding parents notice no change, as long as they stay well-hydrated. If you experience any drop in supply, overheating, dizziness, or unusual symptoms, stop sauna use and speak to your health provider.
Can the sauna help with postpartum recovery?
Once you’re cleared to return, infrared heat may support:
Muscle tension relief
Improved circulation
Stress reduction
Better sleep
Light detoxification
Always listen to your body and take shorter, gentler sessions to begin with.
-
Most clients wear swimwear or comfortable lightweight clothing so whatever makes you comfortable (gym kit, shorts, vest, or swimwear).
-
Our standard sessions are 45 minutes, giving you enough time to settle, unwind and allow the infrared heat to work deeply through your muscles and joints. First-timers may prefer 25–30 minutes — simply let us know.
-
Infrared saunas work differently from traditional steam saunas. The air stays gentle (45–65°C), while the infrared heat warms the body directly, helping you sweat more comfortably at a lower temperature
-
For the best experience:
Drink water beforehand
Avoid heavy meals 1 hour prior
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in
Skip alcohol and intense workouts just before your sauna
-
Can I use my phone inside?
You can, but most clients prefer to unplug and enjoy the quiet. The warm lighting and soft calm atmosphere help you fully unwind. Your phone can become very hot so we advise not to.
Can I play music or meditate?
Yes — the space is yours. You can bring a guided meditation, calming playlist, or simply enjoy the stillness. Connect to the sauna Bluetooth for best sound.
