We understand the challenges of coordinating events, which is why our new hiring model is designed for your complete independence. Think of us as your premium venue partner, providing the perfect backdrop for your offerings with minimal back-and-forth.

    • Visibility Support: We help spread the word about your event without requiring active promotion from our team:

      • Your event link added to the MUSE Linktree. (send booking link to us once you have set up your event on your booking platform).

      • A poster for your event displayed prominently within the MUSE studio. Send your poster to muse_wellness@outlook.com – please design your poster with MUSE brand colourings in mind.

      • We'll reshare any Instagram stories where you've tagged @MUSE_wellness_ , redirecting our followers directly to your booking platform.

  • Your Independent Event Management

    To ensure maximum ease and independence for you, please note:

    • Marketing & Bookings: You are fully responsible for marketing your event, securing your own bookings, and managing all client communications and payments.

    • Event Success: The success of your event, including attendance and any cancellations, is entirely your responsibility.

    • Space Management: We ask that you leave the studio and equipment exactly as you found them – clean, tidy, and organized. A brief induction for first-time hirers will cover all practical details.

    • Insurance: Proof of your own Public Liability Insurance is required prior to your first hire.

  • Our flat hourly fee covers exclusive use of our beautiful main studio space and access to our well-appointed kitchen area. We also have a lounge style waiting room to offer comfort to your clients during break-out times.

    • Winter Season (September 1st - March 31st): £35 per hour or 4 hours = £130

    • Summer Season (April 1st - August 31st): £25 per hour or 4 hours =  £90

      • Our seasonal pricing reflects varying energy costs, ensuring fair rates year-round.

  • Equipment Hire (Optional Add-Ons Per Session/Event):

    Want to use our high-quality equipment? Simply add one of our convenient packages to your booking.

    • Yoga Equipment Package: £15 per session

      • Includes mats, blocks, straps, and blankets (for up to 16 participants).

    • Pilates Equipment Package: £20 per session

      • Includes mats, small props like bands, balls, and rings (for up to 16 participants).

    • Comfort Equipment Package: £20 per session

      • Perfect for relaxation or sound baths, includes bolsters, additional blankets, and eye pillows (for up to 16 participants).
